OUR PROMISE

A warranty is only as good as the company behind it.

The Arizona Roof Co backs every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. That is not a piece of paper we hand you at the end of a job. It is a commitment that we are still accountable to your roof a decade from now. We are a local Arizona company with a real phone number, a real crew, and a real reputation to protect. When something needs to be made right, we show up.

What the included 10-year warranty covers

Labor and Installation Defects

This warranty covers defects in workmanship for 10 years from the date your project is completed. If something was installed incorrectly, we come back and fix it. No argument, no runaround.

Manufacturer Material Coverage

In addition to our workmanship warranty, roofing materials carry their own manufacturer warranties that run separately. Depending on the material you choose, manufacturer coverage can extend 20, 30, or even 50 years on product defects. We explain exactly what your materials cover before you sign anything.

How to Use Your Warranty

Couple going over their roofing warranty on their arizona house

If you think something is covered under your warranty, the process is simple: call us at (480) 622-4893 or email us and describe what you are seeing. We will schedule an inspection and assess whether it falls under workmanship coverage. If it does, we address it at no charge to you. We do not make you jump through hoops. If your roof is still under warranty, that is what we are here for.

Warranty Questions

Terms and exclusions

Contract and Cancellations

We want every customer to understand what they are signing before they sign it. Here are the relevant terms you should know upfront.

Payment: Warranty coverage requires that the contract is paid in full. This is standard in the roofing industry, and we explain this clearly before work begins.

Cancellations: Cancellation after 72 hours of signing is not permitted without written agreement from both parties. If a contract is cancelled after that window, a liquidated damages fee of 20% of the contract price applies. Any unpaid invoices accrue interest at 18% per annum, and The Arizona Roof Co is entitled to recover attorney fees and collection costs if needed.

Changes: Any modifications to your agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal changes apply.

If you have questions about any of these terms before signing, ask. We would rather you fully understand the contract than find out something surprised you later.

This is not an all inclusive list and is for information purposes only. Terms may change. Always refer to your documents for accurate information.
