WHY FOAM ROOFING
How spray polyurethane foam actually works on your roof
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) starts as two liquid chemicals mixed on-site and sprayed directly onto your existing roof surface. Within seconds, it expands and hardens into a continuous, rigid layer that conforms to every shape, angle, penetration, and irregularity on your roof.
Once the foam is cured, a protective elastomeric coating is applied on top to shield it from UV rays and weathering. That combination, closed-cell foam plus a UV-resistant top coat, is what gives foam roofs their remarkable insulating and waterproofing performance in Arizona's extreme climate.
Unlike every other flat roofing system, there are no seams, no fasteners, and no joints. Those are where every other system eventually leaks. Foam eliminates them entirely.

Common questions about foam roofs in Arizona
I originally found Damon after a different roofer canceled last minute during a critical inspection period. I needed someone fast, and Damon stepped in immediately. He quickly cleared the scuppers to protect us from an impending storm—making sure everything stayed on track. After closing, Damon repaired the roof at a competitive rate. He’s incredibly detail-oriented and offers a 10-year workmanship guarantee—far better than others. Damon was a pleasure to work with, so much so that I’ve used him again for another contracted property and one additional flat roof. Each time, my clients have been thrilled. I highly recommend him! I have attached some before and after pictures .
Damon and the crew did a great job! Crew came on time and completed on time. Cleaned up the trash and hauled it away. We had trouble with receiving contract but Tasha called and walked us through. Damon and his team was very courteous and professional. We are very happy with the work and color of the roof. I would recommend The Arizona Roof Co. To friends, neighbors, and family.
I was in need of a new roof due to an extreme hail storm that came through our area. A Sales person from The Arizona Roof Co. was in the area and put me in touch with their office to work on the details for replacing my roof. Tasha from The Arizona Roof Co was very professional, answered all of my questions and made the entire process/experience great! We decided the roof color, delivery date for the materials, and start date for the installation of the roof and noted It comes with a 10 year guarantee. Even with the threat of more rain on the day of installation, the workers were here early, worked quickly, and finished the Roof in one day, and cleared all debris. I had a final inspection with Damien and from what I can see, the roof looks amazing. I am so Happy to have this taken care of. I would highly recommend The Arizona Roof Co. to anyone looking to replace their roof.
