Yes, completely free. No service fees, no trip charges. You get a full inspection and an honest assessment at no cost. If you decide not to move forward with any work, there is no bill.

An in-person inspection means one of our team members comes to your property and physically walks your roof. A virtual inspection uses high-resolution satellite imagery and aerial data to assess your roof remotely with 98% accuracy. Both are free. If you want someone on site for a more hands-on look, we can do that. If you prefer a no-contact option, the virtual inspection works great for most situations.

Most customers get scheduled within 2 to 3 business days. If you have an active leak or recent storm damage, call us directly at 480-622-4893 and we will work to get someone out as soon as possible.

Yes. We have in-house insurance expertise and help homeowners navigate the claims process all the time. We document the damage, explain what is covered, and work with your adjuster so you are not doing it alone. This is one of the things that sets us apart.

That is a real possibility and we will tell you honestly if that is the case. We would rather build a long-term relationship with a homeowner who trusts us than upsell work that is not needed. If your roof has years of life left, we will tell you that and explain what to watch for down the road.

For an in-person inspection, it helps to have someone available so we can walk you through what we find in real time. We can also send you a detailed photo report if you are not able to be there. For a virtual inspection, you do not need to be on site at all.

We love dogs! We just ask that they are secured inside before our inspector arrives. It keeps everyone safe and helps us move around the property without any interruptions. We will mention this in your appointment reminder too.
